The blank we print on
Every tee here is the same Gildan body: 180 g/m² preshrunk ring-spun cotton jersey, a 2cm ribbed collar, taped neck and shoulders, double-needle sleeve and bottom hems, and a quarter-turned cut so no crease runs down the centre. It holds its shape through repeated washing, which matters more for a uniform than for a one-day event tee.

The blanks sit in our Singapore warehouse rather than on a container, so the only clock running is the printing. That makes these a sensible fallback for orders that land late: a last-minute roadshow, a department added to the D&D, or a headcount that grew the week before an event.

Will the print crack after washing?
Not if it is washed inside out in cold water and left to air-dry. We match the print method to the artwork, and will tell you which method yours needs.
Is every size available in every colour?
Most colours run S to XL, but one or two have a shorter size run. Check the size dropdown before you finalise a headcount, or send us the breakdown and we will confirm it.
Is 180gsm too heavy for Singapore?
No — 180gsm is a mid-weight jersey and the standard choice here. Lighter fabric feels cheap and shows sweat marks faster; heavier fabric is uncomfortable outdoors.
