Ordering & MOQ

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No. TheXstyle has no minimum order quantity on any product in our range. You can order as little as 1 piece — perfect for prototyping, personalised gifts, or last-minute orders.

How much do products cost?

Our custom gifts start from S$2.50 per piece. Pricing varies by product type and printing method. You can view prices directly on each product page without needing to request a quote.

Can I order a sample before placing a large order?

Yes. Because we have no MOQ, you can order a single piece as a sample to check the quality and print accuracy before committing to a larger quantity.

Production & Delivery

How long does production take?

Most products are produced and ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days from the time your artwork is approved. More complex or bulk orders may take slightly longer — contact us via WhatsApp for a specific timeline.

Do you deliver island-wide?

Yes. We offer fast island-wide delivery across Singapore. Delivery timelines are provided at checkout. We can also arrange urgent same-day or next-day delivery for select orders — contact us to check availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Our primary market is Singapore. Contact us at sales@thexstyle.com for international shipping enquiries.

Customisation & Design

What file format should I use for my logo or artwork?

We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and PNG (300 DPI minimum) files. For best print quality, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred. If you only have a JPG or low-resolution file, contact us and we will advise on what is possible.

Can you help me design my artwork?

We offer basic design support. If you have a rough idea, our team can help you refine it. Contact us via WhatsApp (+65 9139 8743) with your requirements.

What printing methods do you use?

We use several printing methods depending on the product:

  • UV Printing — vivid, full-colour printing on hard surfaces (mugs, bottles, coasters)
  • Screen Printing — ideal for bags and fabric items with simple designs
  • Heat Transfer / Sublimation — for detailed, full-colour designs on fabric
  • Laser Engraving — precise engraving on metal, wood, and leather items
  • Embroidery — for caps, bags, and apparel

Can I preview my design before production starts?

Yes. We send a digital proof (mockup) of your design for approval before production begins. Production only starts after you confirm the proof.

Returns & Quality

What is your return and refund policy?

Because all products are custom-made to your design, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a print defect or production error on our part, we will reprint or refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Do the printed colours match exactly what I see on screen?

Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen colours due to differences between digital and physical printing. If colour accuracy is critical (e.g. Pantone matching), please inform us in advance and we will advise accordingly.
